Kamala Devi Harris ( conceived October 20, 1964) is an American attorneyand government official filling in as the lesser United States Senator for California since 2017. An individual from the Democratic Party, she recently filled in as the 32nd Attorney General of Californiafrom 2011 to 2017, and as District Attorney of San Francisco from 2004 to 2010.
